Nancy Chausow Shafer is a graduate of the Northern Illinois University College of Law, a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Lake County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. She is also the President of the Association of Women Attorneys of Lake County, and has spoken at numerous family law meetings and conventions, authored articles, trained individuals to become family law mediators, and is a member of the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.

Amy L. Gertler is a graduate of the John Marshall Law School, a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Lake County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. She has also given presentations at a number of family law gatherings, and authored articles dealing with the topic of divorce and child custody.

Sandra M. Rosenbloom is a graduate of the Loyola University Chicago College of Law, a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Lake County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
